A native of St. Kitts and Nevis, Tian Arthurton founded Pinnacle Outsourced Accounting Solutions with the goal of increasing the longevity, competitiveness, and growth of startups and SMEs alike. She is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and has over a decade of experience in public and private accounting. Her cross-industry expertise includes tourism and hospitality, telecommunications, energy, retail and consumer goods, banking, financial services and non-profits. Over the years, she has earned the trust of clients and colleagues throughout various island territories in the Northeastern Caribbean and the Dutch Caribbean.
 

Recognizing the challenges of businesses throughout the Caribbean region, Tian was inspired to drive change.
